If you are presented with a login box, you need to synchronise your passwords. The easiest way of doing this is:

1. Sign out of Schoolbox.
2. Click the forgotten password option below the login fields. Follow the prompts.

You can reuse the same password if you wish and it will synchronise the passwords allowing seamless access into the financial / attendance data.
